Sahreen Manzar, Esq
Attorney Sahreen Manzar practices in the areas of immigration and family law. She graduated from York University, Toronto, Canada with a Double Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Law and Society. She attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and graduated on the Dean’s list. She also received Witkin award for ‘Youth Law’ and awards for ‘International Human Rights’ and ‘International Economic Law’.
Ms. Manzar is a Specialist in Immigration Legal Specialist certified by the State Bar of California.
Ms. Manzar has been serving as the Legal Director of Immigrants’ Rights (IRC-CAIR SV) at Council of American Islamic Relations- Sacramento Valley since 2017. She has been practicing Immigration & Family Law since December of 2013 as an Associate at Crimmigration Inc., A Professional Law Corporation and has also served as a Staff Counsel for My Sister’s House (shelter for victims of domestic violence).
She has had the honour to serve IRC-CAIR SV since its inception in November of 2017 and has played a major role in raising the centre to becoming a full fledge legal clinic for underprivileged clients as IRC-SV offers pro-bono services to most of its clientele. As a Legal Director at IRC-SV, Ms. Manzar has rendered consultation to more than 450 clients and filed over 200 petitions with USCIS and represented clients in removal proceedings at EOIR courts.
Ms. Manzar gained valuable experience as a Certified Student Attorney working under the direct supervision of Attorney Blake Nordahl at Community Legal Services of McGeorge School of Law, Immigration Clinic. She realized the importance of being culturally competent and bilingual in the legal profession. Thereafter, she decided to practice immigration law and utilize her multilingual and cultural competency skills for the benefit of immigrant clients.
In addition to being an attorney she is also a statutorily defined domestic violence counselor therefore she passionately represents victims of domestic violence and abuse.
She truly believes that legal profession is noble because it requires the professional to respond to human needs; therefore she employs her legal, multilingual and cultural competency skills to represent her clients zealously.

Sameera Sana Ali, Esq
Attorney Sameera Sana Ali practices in the areas of criminal defense, immigration and family law. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Cultures. She attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and graduated with distinction. She also received a concentration in Criminal Justice and was a finalist in the second year oral argument competition.
Attorney Sameera Sana has always been passionate about giving back to the community. Having worked at numerous public defender offices across California including, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Sacramento and Yolo County, she helped ensure that every individual is treated fairly through the criminal justice system. She has handled over two hundred misdemeanor cases and conducted jury trials. She has successfully obtained acquittals for her clients, after trial and has been able to get pre-trial dismissals. Now she is excited about providing her clients with the best representation and helping them work through the legal system.

Ryan Eldred, Esq
Ryan Eldred is an attorney licensed by the California State Bar. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. He then attended McGeorge School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor.
Ryan has experience in immigration and family law, and has a passion for both areas which show in his work. Ryan believes that the most important qualities for a good attorney to posses are respect, integrity, and caring. He also believes in being straight forward with clients, giving them the most honest assessment of their legal concerns to best facilitate their success.
Ryan has substantial experience with intercultural communication and works hard to ensure that clients feel safe and comfortable during consultations.

Patrick Riazi
Attorney Patrick Riazi practices in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant and business law. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in History. He attended New College School of Law in San Francisco.
Attorney Riazi has represented landlords and tenants in 17 counties across California for over 20 years performing hundreds of Unlawful Detainer trials; represented hundreds of clients in bankruptcy court for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases; represented creditors in both bankruptcy court and collection matters. Mr. Riazi has represented clients, both Plaintiffs and Defendants, in civil litigation matters, including contracts, real estate and business litigation.

Rosie Quintana
Born and raised in Sacramento, Mrs. Quintana is a mother of two who has set her sights on making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her. Her passion for law led her to obtain an Associate’s Degree in Arts, with a focus on Paralegal Studies. With a steadfast commitment to her community and a passion for advocating for justice, she plans to pursue her education at Lincoln Law School in the near future.
For more than three years, Mrs. Quintana has been an advocate for migrants and refugees in the Sacramento area. Fluent in legal Spanish, she bridges the language barrier and ensures that Spanish-speaking individuals have access to crucial legal guidance. Her specialization includes assisting clients in Guardianships, SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status) petitions, navigating removal defense matters at the EOIR court, and offering support in Asylum cases. Her dedication to uplifting the lives of others is a testament to her character and her unwavering commitment to social justice.

Patti Nogales
After growing up in a small town in Venezuela, Patti moved to the US for college. She attended Stanford University for a Ph.D. in philosophy, liking logic in particular. After teaching philosophy and logic at Sac State for 7 years, she worked for the Department of Child Support Services as a training officer. Having been raised in a bicultural family, she has a passion for multiculturalism and is exploring an interest in immigration law at Crimmigration Inc. where she loves serving clients. Patti enjoys her 2 raised children and hiking the Sierras.
