Sameera Sana Ali, Esq

Attorney Sameera Sana Ali practices in the areas of criminal defense, immigration and family law. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Cultures. She attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and graduated with distinction. She also received a concentration in Criminal Justice and was a finalist in the second year oral argument competition.

Attorney Sameera Sana has always been passionate about giving back to the community. Having worked at numerous public defender offices across California including, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Sacramento and Yolo County, she helped ensure that every individual is treated fairly through the criminal justice system. Ryan Eldred is an attorney licensed by the California State Bar. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. He then attended McGeorge School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor.

Ryan has experience in immigration and family law, and has a passion for both areas which show in his work. Ryan believes that the most important qualities for a good attorney to posses are respect, integrity, and caring. He also believes in being straight forward with clients, giving them the most honest assessment of their legal concerns to best facilitate their success.

After growing up in a small town in Venezuela, Patti moved to the US for college. She attended Stanford University for a Ph.D. in philosophy, liking logic in particular. After teaching philosophy and logic at Sac State for 7 years, she worked for the Department of Child Support Services as a training officer. Having been raised in a bicultural family, she has a passion for multiculturalism and is exploring an interest in immigration law at Crimmigration Inc. where she loves serving clients. Patti enjoys her 2 raised children and hiking the Sierras.

Geovanna Fernandez is a Legal Assistant at Crimmigration Inc., where she plays a key role in supporting clients through complex immigration processes. She assists with preparing applications, collecting essential documentation, and guiding clients with clarity and compassion. With over a year of hands-on experience in immigration law, Geovanna is dedicated to ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and seen throughout their case.

Geovanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Merced. She entered the immigration field driven by a genuine commitment to helping others and advocating for vulnerable communities. Obehi Benito-Oserogho

Obehi serves as the Social Media and Outreach Coordinator at Crimmigration Inc., where she helps bridge communication between the firm and the community through accessible, multilingual content. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at Sacramento City College with plans to enter the engineering field, bringing a unique analytical perspective to her work. With strong communication skills and a commitment to service, Obehi contributes to community engagement efforts, digital outreach, and client-centered messaging across platforms.

Her passion for advocacy extends beyond the firm. Obehi completed the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate Training and volunteers with My Sister’s House, supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She is dedicated to serving diverse communities with empathy, cultural awareness, and a growing advocacy skillset.

Her passion in immigration law was affirmed and emboldened after working as an Immigration Paralegal at a local area law firm, which allowed her to serve countless clients directly through various family-based and humanitarian case matters.
